JOB DETAIL

- Create PO, Process receipt of goods, Provide forecast to suppliers
- Review customer's usage in advance
- Cooperate with other departments related to local purchase shipment
- Purchase goods based on request/ instruction from customer service and Sales department
- Find and provide solutions for delivery issues
- Handle short lead time/ Urgent / Irregular orders and Pull - requests
- Generate purchase history for data process
- Summarize the data process such as purchase report, supplier evaluation and ISO-related report
- Handle the Quality control of damage packages, and shortage issues collaborate with the QA Department
- Support obtaining a replacement for the QA Department
- Give shipping documents and share them with the BOI department. (Case by Base)
- Coordinate shipment with Freight forwarders
- Follow up on the payment
- Receive the shipping document and custom clearance (Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, and so on)
- Optimize freight cost by consolidated shipment

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 25 - 28 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any in related fields.
- With a maximum 2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management in a Trading Company
- Conversational high level of English (TOEIC 750 up) ; No need certificate but strong english
- Ability to work under pressure of deadlines
