JOB DETAIL

• Invent and design products In line with customer and market needs.
• Design the production process. and set standards to confirm production for each product.
• Study the feasibility of the production process to reduce steps and modernize production methods.
• Improve and develop beverage products to meet customer needs.
• Prepare samples to present to customers according to sales needs.
• Organize training and provide knowledge about products. Various technologies and techniques
• Prepare reports and summarize KPI results to present to management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female age 25 - 35 years old
• Bachelor's or master’s degrees in food science/Industry or related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Research & Development, preferably in Food & Beverage manufacturing industry.
• Good experience in food product development.
• Have good knowledge and understanding of food laws.
• Have leadership skill, Creativity and analytical skills
• Expertise in computer abilities (MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Passionate about working with people from different functions/backgrounds
• High responsibility and be able to work under pressure
• Intermediate of English both speaking and writing
