- Perform full financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial reports.
- Perform general ledger accounting, and prepare monthly account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Implement accounting policies and internal control procedures
- Facilitate completion of annual group audit and annual statutory audit. Execute tasks in providing supporting documents to auditors, variance analysis, and other internal and external audit tasks.
- Communicate directly with statutory auditors.
- Support finance-related and system enhancement projects (process improvements, automation, etc.).
- Responsible for quarterly GST/VAT/WHT returns.
- Support other ad-hoc accounting activities, reporting duties, and projects
- Maintenance of General Ledger master data
- All GL-related journals including journal approvals, journal posting and documentation.
- Cost Allocation for Cost & Others P&L Cost.
- Cost center checks and reclassification.
- Prepare, document & manage all month-end control processes, ensure to meet global closing timeline.
- Provide guidance and assistance relating to finance matters to internal stakeholders.
- Review processes and maintain internal controls.
- Intercompany entry and settlement.
- Ensure proper accounting for expenses and timely Intercompany settlement.
- Assist in the review of commercial agreements/ contracts (i.e. non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, statements of work, etc.)
- Support the taxation matters of the entity- coordinate, plan, and manage including liaising with tax authorities the tax-related matters as well as participating as key members in the tax preparation process of the Group.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Must be able to read, write and speak in English and Thailand
- Degree qualifications in Accountancy or Finance, professional qualifications (CPA) is a plus;
- Finance background with 5 years of relevant working experience
- Advanced skills in Excel and Word

- Proven tech industry experience and knowledge of accounting software is a plus
