JOB DETAIL

• Planning, install, and implementation for project.
• Maintain, support, remote, onsite and troubleshooting customers’ system.
• Preventive maintenance, and perform necessary plan for migrate system and upgrade system.
• To manage and control task in hand or any assigned relevant network project.
• Prepare required reports such as Installation/configurations/maintenance report, and etc.
• Basic troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues.
• Learn and support any new assigned IT product/ up-to-date technology.
• Support day-to-day operation issues.
• Respond and report problem to senior role.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication, or related fields.
- 1-3 years experience in IT, Network environment
- Good background knowledge of networking technologies such as Ethernet, Port-channel, IPsec, VLANs, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, QoS, ACLs, VPNs, MPLS, Structured Cabling etc..
- Knowledge basic routing such as Static-route, OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, (Dynamic routing).
- Knowledge basic in Network Security such as Firewall
- Experience in Network Monitoring software : PRTG , Solarwind, Wireshark
- Experience in one of these products such as Cisco, Metaswitch, Fortinet, HPE Aruba, and Dell is a plus.
- Experience in Linux is a plus.
- certification in network ex. CCNA, HCNA, Network+ or related is plus
- Some experience with programming language such as Python, Java, HTML, Netconfig, REST APIs or any other programming languages and also knowledge in Database like MySQL, Oracle or MS SQL is a plus.
- Service minded with excellent communication and coordination skills, positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn
