Product: PCB and FCB

- Processing both procurement and selling
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports and forecast
- Communicate both customers & suppliers
- Ensure sales targets are met and report if any deviations
- Inventory stock check and controlled

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male/Female , age 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- Have at least 2 years' experiences in Purchasing or Sales Assistant
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Be able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. )
- Strong interest to learning a new things and be able to follow instructions and work in a team.
