They produce a wide range of commercial prints (packaging, brochure, posters, etc) for industrial parks and restaurants of Japanese companies
Their customers: Japanese company 70% / Local company 30%

• Oversee the team (Quality Control):
Check team members’ work to check errors, and ensure they meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.

• Design and Layout:
- Use desktop publishing software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop) to design and layout brochures, posters, packaging, and other print materials based on client requirements and design briefs.

• File Preparation:
Prepare print-ready files by ensuring proper color profiles, resolution, bleed, and trim marks. Verify that files adhere to printing and finishing specifications.

• Typography:
Select and manipulate fonts, styles, and typography to enhance the visual appeal and readability of printed materials.

• Image Editing:
Edit and retouch images as needed for inclusion in print materials, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with client expectations.

• Color Management:
Manage color consistency and accuracy throughout the design and printing process

• Proofreading:
Review content for accuracy, spelling, and grammar to maintain the integrity of the final print materials.

• File Management: Organize and maintain digital files, version control, and archives of completed projects.

• Team Collaboration:
Work closely with graphic designers to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

*Working experience is very important*
- Working experience in a printing company, as a DTP operator
- MUST have used Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design, etc. for work
- Age: Up to 43
- Any gender
- Intermediate level of Japanese
