Accounting Program: SAP & Multibook

1. Perform accurate and timely closing of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts.
2. Check tax payments including VAT and withholding tax and submit to the Revenue Department.
3. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
4. Liaise with external auditors and the Revenue Department as company representative.
5. Supervise accounting and finance officers by verifying and preparing accounting entries regarding AP, AR, GL, fixed assets and costing.
6. Make and implement recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.
7. Other tasks as assigned.

1. ดำเนินการปิดบัญชีรายเดือนรายไตรมาสและรายปีอย่างถูกต้องและทันเวลา
2. ตรวจสอบการเสียภาษีรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายและนำส่งกรมสรรพากร
3. จัดการและดูแลการปฏิบัติงานประจำวันของฝ่ายบัญชี
4. ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้ตรวจสอบภายนอกและกรมสรรพากรในฐานะตัวแทนบริษัทฯ
5. กำกับดูแลเจ้าหน้าที่ด้านบัญชีและการเงิน การตรวจสอบและจัดทำรายการบัญชีเกี่ยวกับ AP, AR, GL, สินทรัพย์ถาวรและการคิดต้นทุน
ุ6. จัดทำและดำเนินการตามคำแนะนำเพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการและขั้นตอนการบัญชี
7. อื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 30-40 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in accounting field.
3. Minimum 5 years of work experience in finance/accounting with CPD license and at least 2 years of experience in management level.
4. Intermediate Level of English.
