Report to: CFO
Subordinate: 2 officers
- Responsible for Feasibility study including develop financial model and analyses
- Forecast company's short-term and long-term cash position through cash flow model
- Preparation of report to the financial institution or investor
- Managing credit facilities including term loans, project finance or debentures
- Undertake and manager the due diligence, structuring of the loan or equity investments
- Take responsibilities in budgeting of the company
- Maintain good relationship with financial institution or investor
- Supervise and manager the team

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 35-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in finance, accounting or related degree/certification
- At least 6-8 years of corporate finance work or developer financial planning and analysis, financial model in real estate or related industry
- Must have experienced in financial modeling, planning, and analysis of company investments
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both Thai and English
