Report to Managing Director (Japanese)
Will be in charge as Information Security & ICT Manager in the Asia Pacific region from Fiscal year of 2024

1. Implement information security activities
1.1 Implement information security activities such as training and establishment of policies and processes in IHIAPT with Communication to the Regional Headquarters in Singapore
1.2 Establish incident control with consideration of ITIL and ISO. In case of any information security incidents, report to relevant Dept. or HQ, plan and execute countermeasures
2. Conduct Internal Audit / Assessment of Information Security 
2.1 Carry out internal audits and/or assessments in line with IHI group policies and internal rules to further promote business process improvement and enhance corporate governance
3. Support Company by maintaining and improving office and site infrastructure
3.1 Plan effective ICT strategy with consideration of any updates in market, business of the Company and ICT strategy of IHI Group.
3.2 Maintain, plan and introduce measures of ICT/IoT infrastructure to improve work efficiency and/or information security, including the measures that HQ and RHQ’s requirements
3.3 Support the other departments and teams in case of renewal or introduction of any system/infrastructure (ex. payroll, accounting system, etc.) by leading the vendors and insider with regard to ICT.
4. Support maintenance and development of product with regard to ICT
4.1 Support maintenance and development of products with regard to network and software. Propose solutions in case of trouble.
5. Execute  Information Security Strategy in line with IHI Group policy
5.1 Understand policies and procedure standards and work closely with Intelligent Information Management Headquarters in Japan to ensure compliance of respective subsidiary in AP region
5.2 Collaborate with Headquarters on security guideline establishment for AP region
5.3 Coordinate with Headquarters on any security related inquiries from subsidiaries
6. Support Information security activities of subsidiaries in Asia Pacific  region
6.1 Communicate with the information security core person / ICT person in-charge of subsidiaries and support promotion of such activities
6.2 Develop and deploy activity packages in subsidiaries to share the solutions (Consulting, Training, Process and Tools etc.)
6.3 Conduct information security training to all employees in the region (Onsite training, Online Training, etc.)
7. Conduct  Internal Audit / Assessment of Information Security for subsidiaries 
7.1  Carry out internal audits and/or assessments for subsidiaries in line with IHI group policies and internal rules to further promote business process improvement and enhance corporate governance
7.2 Follow up closely with subsidiaries to track issues, findings, etc. found during internal audits and/or assessments for necessary improvements
8. Guide and support for daily work of subordinate
9. Any other ad-hoc tasks or responsibilities assigned by FA Dept. GM
10. Any other ad-hoc tasks or responsibilities assigned by Regional ICT Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or female 35 -45 years
- Experience 10 years or more
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Able to communicate in English (TOEIC Score 700 or above)
- General ICT, Windows, Network
- Communication, Negotiation, email writing
- willing to communicate and support others is indispensable
