Main Purpose : Take responsibility for studying, analyzing, and proposing guidelines for enhancing performance improvement within the company's group, including providing technical consultation to contribute ideas in the process of organizing business development projects for project owners and investment committee units, following suitable and accurate Check and Balance principles.

- Study and analyze group company and investment project performance to identify operational gaps and propose performance enhancement strategies.
- Coordinate operational development efforts and improve performance tracking systems to analyze energy production efficiency.
- Research and share innovative practices within Company, supporting effective implementation across affiliated companies.
- Analyze and consult on financial models, including technical assumptions, to assess investment feasibility from a Company perspective.
- Provide data and technical input to SIMC for balanced investment project approvals, aligned with Check and Balance principles and maximizing Company value.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

▪ Male or Female, 27-32 years old
▪ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or MBA or related
▪ Education background in business, power and renewable energy
▪ Experience 1-2 years’ in renewable energy or power business
▪ Strong problem-solving, and excellent analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate with business and technical teams.
▪ Logical thinking, self-motivated, independent, and willing to work under pressure.
▪ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
▪ Good interpersonal skills with a strong teamwork spirit.
▪ Fast learner and willing to contribute.
▪ Good Service Mind and customer focus
▪ Excellence in English, both speaking and writing; Minimum 750 TOEIC is required
