[About This Position]
You will be responsible for ensuring component product quality monitoring and ensuring high-quality standards in production, inspecting processes and outputs, and supervising staff.

[Job Description]
- Monitoring supplier's quality performance / Cost recovery as well as new supplier audit in the Asia region and report.
- Conducting training session for suppliers’ quality improvement in the Asia region. (Include creating training materials).
- Promote / implement new supplier quality initiatives
- Deploy supplier quality management(HQ) ’s policies and/or requirements to all sites in asian region and collect all information and report to HQ's supplier quality management.
- Create quality training materials for improving members' skill and knowledge.
- Asia QA head / Asia SQM Head and proceed job based on QA head / SQM head assignment
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures to ensure suppliers comply 100% with company's requirement / standard.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
- Must have bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering related majors
- Must have more than 13 year's experience in Supplier Quality Management related field in Automobile industry
- Must have business level of English skills
- Must have experience for business in oversea and work with foreigner
- Exposure to Core Tools (PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, Problem Solving, Root cause analysis) / 7 QC Tools.
