Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new market segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies and initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
• Assist with the preparation of business development documents.

Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products/services and increase brand visibility.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for various marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and advertisements.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance & Banking, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of work experience.
• Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a related role.
• Proven track of market research and analysis experience would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
