JOB DETAIL

• Oversee, manage, and direct all accounting and finance department of the company
• Provide support, analyse and advice on company's financial health
• Ensure that all financial transactions are complied with company policies
• Supervise the internal process improvement
• Advise on the procedures and financial management as well as developing policies
• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting standard
• Ensure all financial reports are accurate and submitted on timely manner and compliance with TFRS and SEC
• Be a key person for all financial activities within the operation
• Develop and maintain good relationships with both internal, external (Audit, Revenue Department, FA, etc) and key stakeholders
• Advise and recommend the improvement of accounting policies, procedures and internal controls
• Coach, train and support the development of team members

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female 35 - 45 years old Thai nationality
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 10 years' working experience in relevant fields with minimum five years' experience in managerial level
• CPA holder is a plus
• Experience in Thai listed company
• Experience in trading, FMCG, retail business is an advantage
• Strong accounting standards, practices and knowledge.
• Good English communication skills both written and spoken
• Energetic, proactive and business mindset
• Strong leadership and management skill
• Effective communication and interpersonal skill
• Good conflict management and negotiation skill
