• Provide business reviews and analysis on the performance of the current company and subsidiaries’ portfolio
• Overseeing all prospects of finance activities
• Preparing quarterly financial reports and others as required
• Oversee, supervise, review, and develop SET reports such as One report, THSI, and others correctly, meet deadlines, and efficiently
• Prepare financial materials for Investor relations, including executive road shows, quarterly analyst meeting
• Control of all IR activities, including the company website(IR part)
• Gathering and following up on the research of analysts
• Liaising as a critical point of contact for investors, analysts, and shareholders and being able to give information and answer questions

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Any gender age between 30-40 years
• At least three years of experience, preferably in investor relations, corporate finance, or investment banking
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in a related field
• A professional accountancy qualification is a plus
• Solid knowledge in finance and accounting area
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling skills
• Knowledge of SET and SEC regulations
• Expertise in computer abilities (MS Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.)
• High responsibility and be able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
