JOB DETAIL

- Lead and oversee a team of Implementation Consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Empower the team to meet project goals and develop professionally.
- Act as the point of contact for handling and resolving any escalations that may arise from clients or internal stakeholder the project lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining effective communication.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Pre-sales teams after a deal Is closed.
- Facilitate seamless knowledge transfer regarding project scope, client processes, stakeholders, and expectations, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project implementation.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining specific milestones and tasks, and aliening them with established timelines.
- Continuously monitor progress to ensure projects stay on track and deliverables are met.
- Champion effective change management strategies, both internally and externally. Engage and align stakeholders, including client Leadership and CXOs, to ensure a shared vision and successful project outcomes.
- Understand the unique business requirements of clients and derive solutions that bridge the gap between business needs and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with Product teams to communicate enhancements needed for the product and document detailed use cases and specifications.
- Provide key user training to ensure effective utilization of the implemented HCM solution.
- Offer ongoing support to key users throughout the project duration, addressing any queries or concerns.
- Guide clients through the go-live or launch phase of the project, coordinating with Marketing and Customer Experience teams to ensure a seamless transition.
- Address any post-launch issues or adjustments as needed.
- Evaluate the Return on Investment (ROD resulting from the implementation of the HCM solution.
- Assess the project's impact on quality, speed, and customer satisfaction, and provide insights to both the organization and the client.
- After successfully delivering the project, facilitate a smooth transition to the Customer Success team, ensuring that the client's ongoing needs and expectations are effectively managed.
- Monitor financial milestones and ensure they are met, such as ensuring the timely billing of the implementation before the project goes live. Maintain financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in HR tech implementation or HR consulting.
- Proven experience in managing teams is a must, with an additional advantage in handling senior stakeholders, including CXOs.
- An understanding of HR or educational background in the same will be considered an added advantage.
- Required technical competencies Incude proficlency in productivity tools such as MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with complex data sets, validate data, and utilize tools like MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Project Management tools.
