Responsible project in BKK and Pattaya
- Present plans and marketing strategies to achieve sales for all projects
- Control the marketing budget and ensure the quality of marketing activities, such as media campaigns, signage, print materials, events, and other marketing activities
- Manage the marketing team and plan personnel work to achieve maximum efficiency
- Analyze products and market conditions
- Evaluate tasks and present recommendations for improvements and corrections

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 45-50 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing
- Have at least 10 years of experience in real estate or property development marketing
- Can analyze products and marketing strategies
- Business level of English
- Have leadership qualities, capable of overseeing and managing a team
