- Present sales strategies, marketing activities and initiatives to achieve the target
- Organize marketing activities and control the quality of customer service
- Survey, analyze, and summarize the result of marketing activities that impact to sales amount

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 40-50 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or related field
- Have at least 10 years of experience in real estate or property development
- Have at least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in Phuket
- Have at least 10 years of experience in real estate sales, including houses and condominiums, and the ability to close sales
- Can analyze products and marketing, as well as plan sales and marketing strategies
- Intermediate level of language skills, such as English or Russian
