Team Size: 15
Report Directly to the Japanese Senior Manager/Thai Manager.
Subordinate: 3

- Research market demand, develop new products, and launch products to market
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and related divisions regards to sales expansion
- Control product database and stock balancing
- Manage and support Suppliers.
- Researching market demand and developing new products (New suppliers)
- Launch new product market via EC-website, Create a Product page
- Control suppliers and coordinate with related divisions regards to sales expansion
- Manage Product database and stock balancing to secure.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualification:
Thai Nationality
1. Bachelor’s degree preferably in the Engineering field related field.
2. 3-5 years of working experience in the Engineering field or BD, Purchase, Marketing, or related field.
3. Good command of English and Japanese (Option) communication.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation
- The ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- The ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Attention to detail
- Basic understanding of the industry and its current events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
