- Manage a team of media planners and assist the Asso. Digital Media Director / Digital Media Director on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that we deliver high client satisfaction scores.
- Lead on day to day running of the account with clients & agency partners.
- Management and development of key client relationships for the accounts.
- Ensure that the teams are delivering strategies that meet clients’ briefs whilst balancing agency trading objectives.
- Develop campaign presentations including insights, media strategy, channel tactics, budget and flighting strategy and measurement framework.
- Provide guidance to team members in order to deliver their individual personal growth targets.
- Complete oversight of the output from the team including planning, execution, quality checks and processes and the day-to-day project management of media solutions.
- Manage and ensure that each team member fully understands and can deliver against clients’ KPIs and business goals.
- Manage upwards to ensure any challenges are resolved quickly and timely.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- 3-5 years of proven experience in the media industry with a solid understanding of digital media across paid search, social, biddable and programmatic with digital media planner experience
- Good communication and presentation skills in Thai, English, and Chinese language (No HSK is fine)
- Strong Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads manager and other ad platforms.
- Solid understanding of digital media across paid search, social, biddable and programmatic.
- Proficiency in any design or creative software such as Photoshop or Illustrator would be advantageous.
- Initiative & Accountability.
- Good interpersonal skills and a Team Player.
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight schedule.
- An appetite, knowledge, and understanding of the technology and trends.
