REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Age between 30~45 years old
・Male or Female
・Bachelor Degree
・More than 8 years of experience as an Assembly Engineer（Assembly experience of consumer electronics)
・More than 5 years of management experience of subordinates
・Lower Intermediate Level of English
・Microsoft office skills (Excel, word, e-mail)

・Those with high communication and negotiation skills
・Japanese daily conversation
・Experience in toaster oven assembly
