Production Planning, monitoring, and coordination with Production Department:
• Verify production plans.
• Monitor production progress to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Provide consultation and make decisions to address production-related issues.
• Prepare data/documents for factory management.
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments.
• Manage various activities within the factory.
General Management Responsibilities:
• Oversee various quality systems.
• Manage manpower
• Conduct meetings, training, evaluations, and provide knowledge sharing for employees.
• Participate in company activities as assigned.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male/Female, aged 40-50 years or above.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineer.
• Experience in Production for 5-10 years
• Experience in management level 3-5 years
• Knowledge system of ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001.
• Knowledge of Polymer and rubber experience
• Intermediate command in English
• MS Office
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Can work under pressure
