• Prospect and acquire new customers.
• Maintain and visit existing customers.
• Present products and services to customers.
• Handle debt collection activities.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate and coordinate with international clients.
• Handle import and export documentation.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male/Female, aged 25 years or above.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or related fields.
• Work experience in import-export for at least 1 year.
• Completion of training in IATF16949 / ISO14001 standards will be given special consideration.
• Customer service-oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and high level of patience.
• Intermediate level of English language skills.
