Report to director Japanese Manager
- Being a point of customer contact for all related matters, such as responding to their inquiries, requests, receiving and collecting oversea orders and forecasts.
- Co-ordinate closely with various internal departments to fulfill customer demand and order to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate with freight agent/forwarders and government officials for smooth export/import shipment.
- Prepare necessary export/import documents for destination countries.
- Report weekly and monthly sales, forecast and market trend reports to the management.
- Receive customer complaints and gather data and reply to customer.
- Visiting customers to maintain good relationships and seeking new business opportunities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 30-45 years old
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields
- At least 3 years experience of international trading business at logistics company or oversea sales at automotive business
- Must have experience in Export Sales
- Computer Literacy Skill, Excel, Word and other Microsoft office
- Good command of English communication both speaking and writing
- Be able to go aboard for customer visits
- TOIEC score more than 650 is preferable
