【Job Description】
・PLC Programming: Creating PLC programs using languages such as ladder logic, Structured Text (ST), and Function Block Diagram (FBD).
・System Design and Development: Designing and developing factory automation systems based on customer requirements.
・Integration of Hardware and Software: Integrating sensors, actuators, and other devices with the PLC.
・System Testing and Debugging: Conducting tests on the developed systems or programs, and debugging if there are any issues.
・Troubleshooting: Identifying and providing solutions for issues that occur in operational systems.
・Maintenance and Support: Providing maintenance and support for the developed systems, making improvements or updates as needed.
・Documentation: Creating documentation related to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of systems.
・Compliance with Safety Regulations: Ensuring all work complies with relevant safety regulations and industrial standards.
・Technical Consultation: Serving as a consultant for customers and teammates on technical issues and solutions.
・Continuous Learning: Constantly updating knowledge on new technologies, tools, practices, and industrial standards.
・Create machine operation flow charts.
・Independently create and deliver PLC ladders with more than 2,000 steps.
・Independently create and deliver PLC ladders using robots.
・Control motors and robots using CC-Link, DeviceNet, Ethernet I/P, etc.
・Appropriately respond to and recover from troubles with equipment designed and manufactured by others.
・Basic knowledge of electricity and components.
・Understand the roles and characteristics of devices installed in control panels, such as breakers, magnets, power supplies, and relays, and explain them to customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree of Electrical Engineering
・Male or Female
・Age between 28 - 35 years old
・More than 5 years of PLC programming experience
・More than 5 years of work experience in factory automation machinery
・More than 3 years of work experience in Japanese companies
・Intermediate Level of English　【TOEIC 700 UP】
・Have a driver's license and own car
