Direct report to Japanese Manager.
- Basically in charge of 3 divisions, Hygiene, Production control and Storage.
- Set policies and plans, including production targets. jointly with executives or related departments
- Plan the operation strategy to achieve monthly production.
- Determine, modify, review policies for management in factory as well as strategic planning in the management of the factory.
- Consider, review and approve the waste control and disposal plan within the factory at least once a year.
- Supervise the quality of products to meet the standards.
- Control and supervise the company's products to meet the product quality criteria.
- Coordinate with other departments to improve the production plan.
- Develop and improve production processes, production methods, and machines that used in production.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Science, Food, or any related field is advantage
- Any Gender, Age 40 - 50 years old
- Having experience as the factory manager in food industry is must
- Able to speak English as the intermediate level
- Challenging to expand new partner companies
- Brave to talk honestly with other department and able to coordinate
- Able to commute to saraburi or living near saraburi
