JOB DETAIL

- Work with the project team and manage the team, providing support, guidance, control, and coordination in architectural design work for assigned projects, starting from conceptual design, development of design concepts, construction drawings, and work detail documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders, such as construction engineers, systems engineers, local authorities (regulations and permits), etc.
- Plan and work on assigned projects until completion, ensuring smooth project delivery, adjusting plans according to the situation, and resolving any issues that may arise during construction.
- Develop architectural designs in various formats, including 3D renderings, material boards, and construction drawings.
- Provide guidance, support team members, resolve conflicts, and improve work efficiency.
- Prepare reports and summarize details of work, create presentations for client and team meetings.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Possession of a professional license is highly preferred
- Understanding of the entire process from design to construction and ability to solve work-related problems
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations for construction permits
- Strong leadership skills, professional dedication, high responsibility, attention to detail, honesty, punctuality, and emotional intelligence
- Open to new ideas and innovations
- Effective coordination and communication with other departments
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Vray, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and other design-related programs
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, accept others' opinions, and collaborate with colleagues
- Possession of a driver's license and own transportation for off-site work
- Experience in high-rise and large-scale building projects is a plus
