JOB DETAIL

• Establish policies and guidelines for workforce planning, recruitment, development, and training, as well as labor relations and administrative tasks, to present to executives.
• Set strategic goals and plans related to human resources and administration that align with the organization's policies, objectives, and direction.
• Implement systems for managing various aspects of human resources within the organization, including career paths, compensation structures, performance management systems, training and employee development, career and succession planning, safety maintenance, and building organizational culture.
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with certified standards, such as ISO9000, ISO14001, and other customer-required standards.
• Provide appropriate advice and recommendations regarding effective human resource management that aligns with the organization's policies, direction, current situation, and existing challenges.
• Manage, control, and execute tasks related to human resource management in line with set goals and plans.
• Supervise, guide, provide advice, and make recommendations for subordinates to ensure their work aligns with set goals and plans.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance the capabilities of subordinates, enabling them to work efficiently and continuously improve their skills.
• Provide consultation and guidance on personnel management to various departments and units, in order to establish standards for human resource management throughout the organization.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age around 40-50 years old
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of working experience in personnel management.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001 system requirements.
• Knowledge of labor laws and related regulations.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and SAP system.
