JOB DETAIL
- Management of the R&D Rubber
- Maintain improve productivity
- Development new product of Rubber.
- Lead of use and ordering of raw materials, etc.
- Other related tasks as assigned
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Age between 30-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Must have Management experience at least 2 years
- Knowledge system of ISO 9001 / IATF16949 / ISO14001
- Experience in rubber extrusion or plastic manufacturing
- Able to use equipment or machines for experimental testing
- Good interpersonal skills and coordinate with team
- Can work under pressure and good personality
