JOB DETAIL
- Oversee and manage the entire HR function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
- Develop and implement an effective HR strategy that aligns with our business objectives, particularly as we transition from a family business to a more structured, corporate entity.
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that supports growth, encourages innovation, and promotes our company’s values.
- Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs that empower employees and drive performance.
- Guide and support the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to making final hiring decisions.
- Manage HR systems and databases, ensuring they are up-to-date, compliant, and effectively support the business’s needs.
- Stay updated on HR trends, laws, and best practices, ensuring our company’s HR operations are compliant and competitive.
- Regularly assess and report on the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Age between 27-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree of Human Resource Management or related field
- At least 4-5 years experience in HR field
- Deep understanding of HR functions and best practices, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and legal compliance.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Passionate in start-up company
