JOB DETAIL

- Responsible for overall HR Functions, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Visa work permit (Expat matters) and other related fields including General Affairs.
- Deal with 750 employee requests regarding Human Resources issues. rules and regulations.
Management of overall Recruitment (Interview, On- boarding, Orientation, Probation, Evaluation and Monitoring process.)
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Managing and Preparing Appraisal System & Performance Management (Target setting, Evaluation, Promotion, Bonus, Annual Salary Increment).
- Understanding in Employee Benefit, Payroll (SAP HCM) or Training Management.
- Maintain good communication and positive relationship with employee to promote employee satisfaction.
- Understanding of KPI, PMS, OKRs or Company's structure
- Understanding of Union Trade very well
- Support top management team to prepare report when necessary.
- Other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 37 years up
• At least 15 years of experience in human resources and related labor relations
• Knowledge and experience in labor law employment, law employee welfare system
• Implementation of recruitment and selection of employees.
• Able to develop Employee and Organization and building relationships between employees
• Experienced in participating in the annual negotiations for a change in employment conditions and understand well about Labor Union is a must
• High leadership and relationship building skills
• Able to use basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• have skills and knowledge high ability in the management and development of the organization as a system
