JOB DETAIL

1.Supervise the overall of production activities to meet the company target.
.2. Control production plan and results by daily, weekly and monthly.
3. Analyze the problem and troubleshooting.
4. Manage and monitor input of raw materials and output of finished goods to achieve efficient production timely Report to the factory manager.
5. Control, following and evaluating on subordinate’s works.
6.Control the quality of the products by standard.
7.Support an activity for improves the quality on production process.
8. Control production cost and deduct cost in production.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

 Male only age Up to 45 years old
 Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Business administration or any related field.
 Strong leadership to strengthen teamwork of production department
 Enough knowledge to manufacture recycled aluminum alloy, such as raw materials, compositions, melting and safety.
 Good command to production leaders and operators to convince technical and safety matters.
 Manage working hours
 Manage and monitor input of raw materials and output of finished goods to achieve efficient production
Timely Report to the factory manager
 Show “how to process”, “how to work” and “how to move” etc. to leaders and operators in the production lines to give better understanding to them.
 Intermediate level of English and be able to communicate in Japanese in intermediate level (JLPT N3)
