• Receive sales forecast data from the sales department.
• Analyze the performance of machinery.
• Inspect raw materials.
• Check storage areas for product organization.
• Develop production plans.
• Participate in meetings with relevant departments.
• Present production plans to factory managers.
• Distribute production plans to relevant departments.
• Monitor, review, and revise production plans.
• Prepare summary reports on planning outcomes.
• Manage various quality systems.
• Plan and prepare annual budgets.
• Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 40 years old up
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineer or Electrical engineer or others
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO9001/IATF19649 systems
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work well under pressure and with a positive attitude
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
