【Main Duty】
Domestic sales and management of subordinates in Thailand

【Job Description】
*Sales target(Distribution industry/Department store,Super market,any retail)
・Sales and Marketing of cats food products.
・Visit existing,and new customers and maintain good relationship.
・Making sales documents.
・Follow-up of existing customers in Thailand and Southeast Asia（Business trip once every 1-2 months）

Depending on the ability, there is a possibility that it will be only in Thailand
・Sales management of sales in Thailand, management of subordinates, guidance
・Reporting to Japanese managers, reporting at monthly meetings of overseas business divisions
・Generally supporting team member of the team as required to help ensure the office runs smoothly.
・Manage the overall business of the sales team
・Supervise the sales team
・Maintain working relationships with existing accounts to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
・Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective sales proposal plan, and manage sales cycle to close new business potential.
・Prepare scheduled sales and activities report.
・Coordinate with other sales or internal departments to ensure company objectives and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
・Report to Japanese MD

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachor's Degree
・Male only
・Age between 40 years old up
・More than 8 years of FMCG related sales experience
・More than 5 years of sales experience in Pets Food
・More than 3 years of management experience
・Upper Intermediate levels of English （TOEIC 750 UP）

【Advantage】
・Have driving license and own car
