JOB DETAIL

Direct report to the Sale Manager (TH)
Sales Team; 13 People

- Sales responsibility for the development of a predefined customer portfolio
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Consultative selling of products through regular virtual visits, utilizing video/telephone or digitalize, to enrich turnover/market share
- Build trust and develop an in-depth understanding of the customer’s profile, applications, needs, and requirements.
- Assess of customer needs and presents the features and benefits of product/service offerings to existing/new customers.
- Develop necessary levels of knowledge regarding decision-makers and requirements of key customers.
- Achieve milestone targets with customers are assigned.
- Ensures that the customer data are correct and kept up-to-date in the information systems used by CRM (Kintone)
- Engages in contract renewals, price negotiation, scheduling plan.
- Provides reports on all relevant activities and developments relating to its customer groups
- Creates of an overall action plan to ensure achievement of targets
- Develop proactive action plans on the defined KPIs and targets, in consultation with manager and director
- Development of competitive advantage with focus on process efficiency and customer benefits.
- Identify and verify future trends of customers and secure to updated of information to the company.
- Support the market development through identification of additional business opportunities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)
- Male, Aged 22 - 28 or (Welcome Fresh Grad)
- Having Knowledge of PLC or Network (Also, Freshgrad is needed these knowledge skills)
- Had direct experience handling Engineer / Technical products background and sales experience (about 1 -
2 years exp. as sales engineer)
; Good to have Automotive / Electrical Industry
- Good Command of English (upper intermediate level)
- Able to work under pressure
- Pro-Active Attitude
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Able to visit clients with Sales Team if needed (20 - 30%); Mainly at the office 80 - 90%
