JOB DETAIL
・Support JCB Plaza Lounge customer(Face to Face/Telephone)
Support mainly Japanese customer in lounge area. Response to customer enquiry.
Follow up on customer self-service such as take a break, drinking in lounge. Make reservation for restaurant, hotel, spa, tour etc.
・Support mainly Japanese customer, but sometimes support customers from China, Taiwan,
South Korea etc. in English.
・Response to inquiries about JCB credit card.
・Negotiate and create promotion for cardholders
Consider promotion for cardholders, negotiate with merchants, write blog, add content to website.
・Create bulletin board posting in Plaza Lounge
・Analyze and create lounge utilization rate, sales data summary etc
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
【Must】
・Bachelor's degree or higher.
・Male or Female
・Age between 28- 35 years old
・More than 3 years of customer service work experience
・More than 5 years of work experience in Japanese companies
・Upper Intermediate Level of Japanese 【Must have N2 UP】
・Upper Intermediate Level of English 【TOEIC 750 UP】
・No Job hopper
【Advantage】
・JLPT certificate N2 up (JLPT N1 certificate will be advantage)
・Having experience of studying abroad in Japan will be advantage.
・Cheerful and communication skill.
・Service mind.
