• Take responsibility for overseeing, managing, planning, and controlling the production of paper boxes.
• Collaborate smoothly and effectively with the factory management team, ensuring that the work aligns with established policies.
• Supervise and ensure compliance of subordinates in the paper box manufacturing factory with work procedures and various company standards.
• Contribute and take responsibility for production plans, material utilization plans, equipment, packaging, and related delivery plans.
• Efficiently process orders from the sales department, plan production effectively, and ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
• Manage productivity, from planning to control, ensuring cost-effectiveness in terms of time and workload for employees.
• Plan, control, and maintain the productivity of employees in the paper box manufacturing factory.
• Minimize machine downtime, production losses, and control daily production to maximize organizational benefits.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Plan, control, maintain, and optimize the use of equipment and machinery in daily production.
• Monitor and enforce factory cleanliness and safety measures, regularly inspecting and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards in the paper box manufacturing factory.
• Efficiently manage the operational system of the paper box manufacturing factory, adapting to current circumstances, and preparing for future company growth.
• Manage and reduce the Cost of Abnormality and Waste in accordance with the company's policies.
• Develop subordinate staff with necessary knowledge, skills, and expertise for their respective positions.
• Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male only, 40-50 years old up
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical engineer or related.
• Experience in Factory manager or production line more than 10 years
• Experience in Management level 3-5 years
• Experience in paper and corrugated box/packaging industry in Automotive and FMCG is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO standard system ISO 9001: 2008 and GMP or others
• Good command of English 6/10
• Management skill, easygoing, leadership and responsibility
• Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
