- Conduct a demonstration, training, support, and troubleshooting for the clients and support ongoing upgrades
- Assist customers with financial data migration and best practices support
- Assist in program customization and configuration setup and maintain system documentation
- Create and maintain documentation and process flow, while troubleshooting and solving system issues
- Provide user support conduct user acceptance testing and troubleshoot issues
- Develop and maintain end-user training materials
-Ability to establish priorities while on site as well as communicate effectively with project team members, and customers as well as monitor the completion of project tasks

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 25-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Accounting, or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience in ERP accounting / financial implementation with a consulting background
- Strong communication skills, Team player, and being able to work independently.
- Knowledge of general business software, and aptitude to learn new applications.
- Ability to articulate complex processes.
