JOB DETAIL

- Fully responsible for the management of the local Sales team in Thailand and complete the company's sales targets
- Fully responsible for the management of the marketing and online marketing.
- Develop and implement B2C sales and territory plan which meets the objective of the company and is in line with brand strategy and corporate.
- Coach sales manager to manage and develop key customer through the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans along effective communication process with the sales team in order to maximize volume and share performance.
- Ensure the effective implementation of channel or marketing and promotion programs with optimum use of resources and materials in order to achieve the highest in-store visibility and sales performance for the key strategic by gaining the active support.
- Follow up and ensure that customer needs or problems have been fulfilled and coordinate to all related departments.
- Manage an efficient and effective sales and marketing tam through on-job training, motivation and staff development in order that sales and marketing team are superior to the competition.
- Promote, recommend and support activities to achieve consistency and awareness.
- Other operations as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female, age 35-45 years old up
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing
- Able to communicate well in English both written and speaking
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Results driven and solution oriented
- Energized by a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Has entrepreneur spirit and is a self-starter with sense of urgency
- Strong interpersonal skill to collaborate closely with different functional areas
- Has high-level of business acumen and financial management
