JOB DETAIL

- Monitor, analyze, report, and coordinate with Sales for strategy development & execution and performance result
- Support Sales for Data and Analysis Report, Marketing Activity, etc.
- Create and implement the idea to improve Sales Activity & Performance, Standard Operational Procedure, New Product & Service (including system improvement)
- Make the report & presentation material and conduct the training as assigned
- Support for making process of Annual Business Plan and Sales Target Plan
- Coordinate with related parties and work with Management as assigned
- Other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female age30-38 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science or or related fields
experience in auto leasing, rental car business is advantage.
- Business level in English in writing and speaking (TOEIC 700 is preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, Good presentation skills
- Good Teamwork
- Strong ability to analyze the data such as sales performance, market situation, competition status, including future forecast
- Good logical, analytical, and creative thinking for new product development and implementation
- Positive attitude, proactive working, multitasking skills, and fast learner
- Experience in auto leasing or rental car business is advantage.
- Experience in Marketing field is advantage.
- Experience in process & IT system improvement is a plus.
