Factory 1: Food Processing Factory
Factory 2: Egg Sizing Factory
Oversee 280-300 production staffs

1. Set policies and plans, including production targets. jointly with executives or related departments
2. Plan the operation to achieve the target policy.
3. Determine, modify, review policies for management in factory as well as strategic planning in the management of the factory.
4. Summarize monthly and yearly reports on production efficiency, production quality and product to measure work performance and present to executives management.
5. Consider and review the appropriateness of the cleaning plan (Cleaning Program) for each department including how to perform routine tasks for each department at least once a year.
6. Consider, review and approve the waste control and disposal plan within the factory at least once a year.
7. Supervise the storage of goods to meet the standards.
8. Control and supervise the company's products to meet the product quality criteria.
9. Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, purchase, transportation operation to be in the same direction and in accordance with the specified plan.
10. Develop and improve production processes, production methods, and machines that used in production.
11. Responsible for following up, supervising how to perform work according to work regulations
of the production process, every product is correct according to the requirements, including
Take care, follow up and solve problems of every product correctly according to the requirements.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male. Age between 40-45 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any field
3. At least 7 years of working experience as Factory/Plant Manager in FMCG industry and has experience in many aspect of work such as hiring, training, and supervising employees, allocating work hours, controlling budgets, estimating manufacturing costs, developing production schedules, and ensuring quality control standards, enforcing safety regulations, etc.
4. Proven knowledge GMP/HACCP/ISO 9001:2008 and other related quality systems.
5. Passed the training of security (จป.ระดับหัวหน้างานและจป.บริหาร).
6. Intermediate level of English (To communicate with suppilers for importing machines used in the factory and to take care of clients who came to visit the factory)
7. Able to work on every Saturdays]
8. Prefer candidate who is able to relocate or currently live in Nakorn Nayok
