- Work with the marketing manager to make and execute the yearly plan.
- Manage product launches with creative campaigns across channels, like cross-border marketing cooperation and external BD.
- Manage brand IP/ambassador to integrate with market campaigns.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
- Monitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement and market situation. Responsible for brand volume.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors. Also identify new media and key opinion leaders (KOL) which are supposed to be the target media of clients, and build up relationships between clients and new media & KOL.
- Identify and manage opportunities for product/brand integration.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material).
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness. And set, monitor, and report on local team goals.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 28-37 years old
- Minimum 5+ years of working experience in digital marketing, influencers management, brand/PR management, or other related fields.
- Experience in IP/celebrity/brand cooperation, able to complete the planning, implementation, and promotion of endorsement content.
- PR/EPR management, successful experience is necessary.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proven industry marketing resources
- Experience in the Mobile/3C area would be an asset as familiarity with relative local Media and Influencers/KOL.
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals. Outstanding communication skills to provide direction and feedback for creative and analytical components of the Marketing department.
- Fluently English Speaking and writing skills or Chinese language
