JOB DETAIL

- Manage the overall business of the sales team, supervise the sales team (subordinates: 4-5 person)
- Manage sales & purchase activity
- Make Weekly forecast & reports as assign
- Coordinate with suppliers for shipments and other related matters
- Make billing and follow up payment from customers
- Coordinate with the QA department when customer make claim
- Getting and verify RFQ to issue quotation
- Manage Price/Cost, check & pre-approve to quotation to GM and higher level
- Co-ordinate with the Logistics Team regarding all order processing to ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers
- Visit customers and suppliers to update market information and keep a good relationship (domestic & international) by
using company car with driver.
- Communicate with customers and maintain good relationship
- Translate Thai-English-Japanese as assigned
- May have job rotation within the department or other department in the company
- Others as assigned by superior/GM.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female only (Thai Nationality)
- Age 28-40 years old
- Bachelor degree in any fields.
- Over 5 years experienced in Sales
- Good Command in English both written & spoken skills with TOEIC 650 up or equivalent.
- Good Command in Japanese (Translation & speaking & writing skills) at least JLPT N2
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc.
- Able to go on business trip (Domestic /International)
- Knowledge of Sales and Marketing (Preferably in electronics part, automotive parts or other related industry)
- Knowledge of import-export, logistics and process related
