Report to Manager


1. To handle AP-Non-trade (Shipping Vendor, all expense related the employee, Utility /Telephone/Rental Fee, Import Entry fee (Customs), Tax (PP.30)
2. Prepare bookkeeping entries in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principle.
3. Ensure accuracy in bookkeeping all supporting document is properly attached.
4. Prepare Tax and Withholding tax submission to Revernue Department.
5. Ensure that all documentation meet statutory Accounting and Tax requirements.
6. Prepare daily vouchers, and monthly financial report and analysis.
7. Coordinate with external parties such as suppliers and auditors.
8. Any other work as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualification:
Male or Female
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Financial and Accounting or related field.
1. At least 5 years' experience in accounting tasks and 2-3 year in position
2. Good knowledge of Account payable, Fixed assets, Petty cash, Account Receivable, GL, and VAT
3. Computer Literate – Strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook and Word. SAP experience is an advantage.
4. Good command of English verbal and written skills (TOEIC score is advantage).
5. Good and professional attitude, leadership skills, Analyze and solve problems as well, friendly, honest, and patient to be ethical and disciplined.
