JOB DETAIL

Assist Client both domestic and international.

1. Responsible for documentation of logistics operation, import and export business, including inputting the data and understanding the proper business process/internal rules to achieve department's target.
2. Assist Sales team for both indent and own business operations.
3. Expand and take good care of customer assets toward dept./div. target.
4. Handle daily document transactions, customs clearance, invoices, shipping documents, and service to customers with a full scope of documentation.
5. Control and arrange logistics management both inbound and outbound effectively with the transportation company, warehouse and shipping line.
6. Handle Credit Control effectively to avoid over credit/past due.
7. Understand the proper busienss process, international rules and input in the system properly.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between 23-26 years old. New graduates are welcomed to apply!
2. Bechelor's degree in business administration or logistics related field.
3. At least 1 year of experience as Sales Coordinator from traidng company (If have work experience for Japanese trading company is an advantage).
4. Intermediate Level of English with TOEIC Score 600 or higher.
5. Fast learner and good attitude & mindset as Sales Coordicator (as having to patiently assist client directly by phone calls & e-mails).
