1. Contact Airlines to confirm on cargo space availability.
2. Assist to make cargo space reservations with Airlines.
3. Ensure that the cargoes are airfreighted according to customers' requirements.
4. Coordinate with contractors on the movement of cargoes.
5. Liaise with carriers on airfreight rates and charges.
6. Secure space according to the allotment and fully utilise efficiently.
7. Negotiate and request airlines for competitive rate.
8. Coach team member to generate most benefit productivity work and remove non-profitability work.
9. Plan space efficiently for huge spot and/or regular business volume.
10. Motivate team to achieve company's and department's target.
11. Tackle the critical case to revover the situation timely.
12. Provide and reply competitive rate to sales upon requests.
13. Review the correctness of rate applicable in UFS.
14. Monitor booking & planning for the efficient consolidation.
15. Monitor o/b and irre, report to allconcerns in appropiate time.
16. Minitor and control to ensure fully allotment space, charter space, ULD utilization and achieve monthly target tonnage.
17. Check airline rate cost (Review the correctness of rate applicable in UFS.) as main function and others for airlines service performance quality control
18. Tackle the critical case to recover the situation timely.
19. Monitor o/b and irregularity, update status to all concerns in appropriate time.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 30-38 years old.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics
3. At least 4 years experienced in air freight reservation process & customs operations from freight forwarding company.
4. Must have good knowledged of Thai customs regulation in air-frieght forwarding business.
5. Intermediate level of in English
