JOB DETAIL

Main Responsibility: Responsible for house design, utility plan, interior design, landscape decoration, environment, 3D model, scenery, etc.
1. Design, write drawings, make detailed drawings clear construction in order to apply for a construction permit.
2. Develop designs for modernity and other variety in order to present updates to supervisors.
3. Estimated prices for construction and decoration of buildings.
4. Review the contractor's plans.
5. Follow up and coordinate from the starting process of construction until the construction is completed.
6. Supervise the construction work as scheduled and coordinate with the construction department.
7. Report the progress of the project to the management.
8. Contact government agencies about drawings, project plans, applying for various permits.
9. Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in Architecture Studies.
3. At least 1 year of experience in architectural designing in a real estate field.
4. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D MAX, Sketch Up.
5. Able to create and read drawings and coordinate with local contractors.
6. Live in Nakhon Ratchasima
7. Able to work on some Saturdays from 9:00-16:00 (2 Saturdays per month)
