Report to CEO/ GM/GA Manager
-Provide secretarial and administrative support to Japanese top executives and management.
-Handle all secretarial duties including computer work, filing, scheduling, and other tasks as assigned.
-Handle any project as assigned.
-Document translation and interpretation required for meetings (Thai and Japanese)
-Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and visitors both local and regional
-Manage/coordinate business presentations and reviews for meetings.
-Support in compiling information, presentation, minutes of meetings, tasks & activity follow-up, and coordination work.
-Support ex-pat and family in terms of apartments, children's school, and others
-Contract, company document, and customer document (Code of conduct and other documents that required company seal) management
-Support for general affairs tasks by providing support for document reviewing for top management, management's signature, customer and visitor arrangement, company events and activities, etc.
-Translator and interpreter
-Coordinate with all MISUMI affiliates in AEC
-Provide support for all ex-pat
-Contract, company document, and customer document management
-Other General affairs tasks; such as document reviewing for top management's signature, customer & visitor arrangement, and company event and activities support
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualification:
- Male / Female, Thai Nationality
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Arts (Japanese) or a related field.
- Fluent Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Test is N1)
- At least 2 years of secretaries experience
- Japanese native and daily conversation level of Thai
- Attentive and considerate personality
- Prompt response
- Do not hesitate to follow up even on weekends if necessary (often travels on weekends )
- Nice to have an executive secretary experienced. Especially booking flights, hotels, and drivers, and arranging meeting appointments.
- Age does not matter
- Gender does not matter. The male is no problem.
- English is Lower- Intermediate Level
