- Analyze, plan and formulate strategies for sales of all product groups together with the manager
- Analyze, plan and formulate marketing strategies for all product groups. Including various projects Together with the manager and the marketing team
- Check the selling price and maintain sales to meet the target
- Coach, support, supervise and motivate new and old sales team members
- Coordinate with all parties to be able to achieve common goals
- Research new products and use information to increase sales
- Track the progress of various tasks weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Prepare a report summarizing the work. and various analytical reports to present executives
- Acting as a representative of the company and being an example to our employees

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 25 -35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in Sales
- At least 2 years’ experience in marketing field
- At least 2 years’ experience in management level
- Good at analytic and presentation
- Able to do project management / project planner
- Ability to coach and motivate every employee in the sales team
- Positive, enthusiastic, honest, punctual and highly responsible
