- Analyze all forms of marketing
- Able to plan, develop, create Produce and manage marketing campaigns across all channels using various media.
- Create public relations for activities through various channels efficiently
- Liaise with various advertising media to publicize to reach the target group
- Responsible for sales promotion (Sales Campaign Management)
- Organize various marketing activities such as events, campaigns, etc.
- Marketing communication (offline and online) and graphic design
- Supervise the work of the Marketing Department to meet the goals set by the company.
- Make a team work plan to be effective
- Evaluate and check the KPIs of the employees in the team including encouraging employees to meet the targets set by the company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 25-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in market research about Steel industry
- Business level of English
- Self-motivated and flexible with a good attitude
- Have analytical thinking skills Strategize Make good decisions and solve problems
- Have a high responsibility
