• Participate in the preparation of the department's operational plan.
• Define strategic plans and operational plans of the department.
• Assist and support the operations of the department manager. Executive supervision and/or self-operation in one or more tasks as assigned as follows:
1) Study and analysis with Feasibility Team
2) Coordinate with marketing and relevant departments to receive customer requirements and production applications.
3) Control and inspect the machine for production that supports ISO systems, IAFT16949, ISO14001
4) Join the trial with the APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning) Team and have a meeting to summarize the trial.
• Check documents related to engineering work in production such as SCS Drawing, BOM, etc.
• Design the machine work process to be effective with FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis).
• Supporting the preparation of VA/VE Project
• Other knowledge and skills required for the job position

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 35-45 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Production Engineer
• Experience in working in industrial factory for 10-15 years
• Be able to manage subordinates at least 10 persons
• Knowledge of RECs (Renewing Energy Certificate) and Alternative Energy
• IATF16949, ISO 14001, Cost & Budget
• Ability to solve problems systematic analytical thinking
- Professional License, Control Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, Environment and Occupational Safety and Health)
- License for safety certification, electrical systems, cranes, boilers, chemical use, pressure tanks, fork lifts, etc.)
- Experience using solar cells and other renewable energy will be given special consideration
- Working experience in Automotive Industrial will be an advantage.
